Canadian Participants: How to get reimbursed for meeting expenses
- Please complete the reimbursement form and email it with all corresponding receipts to: reimbursement@cifar.ca
- Allow 6-8 weeks for processing, claims received after 2 months cannot be reimbursed.
Travel
Canadian participants should cancel their flights to Calgary and complete the reimbursement form and submit claims for flight reimbursements to CIFAR. We ask that you please be patient with us as we process your claims. There is still quite a bit of administrative work that we need to do to cancel all aspects of the meeting, but we will do our best to expedite your claims.
Japanese Participants: How to get reimbursed for meeting expenses
JSPS pays accommodation and international travel costs for Japanese participants. JSPS will send an instruction letter closer to the meeting dates (only to Japanese participants). Should you have questions regarding reimbursements, please contact them directly at jcfos@jsps.go.jp
Travel
JSPS will cancel your flights and shuttle service between the Calgary airport and Banff.
