Shuttle - Calgary airport to Banff Centre
The Banff Airporter currently runs 9 times per day (subject to change) from the Calgary International Airport to Banff.
You must make shuttle arrangements in advance, at least 2 weeks out. We suggest booking when travel arrangements are made.
If you book travel with Corporate Traveller, they will be able to book the shuttle for you.

Please allow at least 30 minutes (domestic) or 45 minutes (international) after landing to collect your bags and head to the shuttle desk.
Your pick up location is the Calgary Airport and your drop off location is the Banff Centre (Professional Development Building). The reverse for your return trip.
Banff Airporter will track your flight and if you are delayed they will put you on the next available shuttle.

The Banff Airporter is located inside the airport on the arrivals level between exit doors 5 and 6.

Dependant Care
Where necessary for attendance at a CIFAR meeting, CIFAR will reimburse costs associated with dependant care at the meeting location for an individual with a dependant under 12 years of age, or at an alternative location (including at home) and may include those expenses incurred in transporting and accommodating a caregiver.
Where necessary for attendance at a CIFAR meeting, CIFAR will reimburse actual costs, over and above your normal dependant care costs, at the attendee’s home location for an individual with a dependant 12 years of age and over.
Dependant care support requires written pre-approval by CIFAR and is subject to the restrictions outlined in this policy.
Itemized receipts are required.
CIFAR is not responsible for arranging dependant care.
