• The nearest airports are Pearson International (YYZ) or Billy Bishop Regional Airport (YTZ). 
• Please book economy flights well in advance for best rates
• Save your travel related receipts for reimbursement after the meeting 
• You may wish to refer to the Government of Canada Entry Requirements by Country/Territory website 
• If you require a visa letter, you can request this during the registration process

Booking Travel
